His long blond hair, handsome face, physique and masculine charisma made Eddie Prevot one of the most popular of the Chippendales dancers of his era. He even appeared on the Phil Donahue program. Surprisingly almost no photographs of him are to be found.
Prevot became a personal trainer. His believed that any man or woman could have a nice body as long as they were willing to really work for it: plenty of planned exercise and a healthy diet. And he’s right. To get this heavily muscled the young bodybuilder must combine alpha male willpower, a high protein diet, lifting very heavy weight and maybe steroid hormones.
